Sutton Mountain : Day 2

I woke up and had a fantastic breakfast of sausages and coffee

While eating, a friend came over....

I wasnt sure if it was a wolf.... it turned out to be a Overly-friendly huskey, that wanted us to share some food. It stayed with us a bit, then heard it's master call and ran off.

We packed up and went for a hike. It was not a hike. It was a climb. A fantastic three-hours climb in the mountain.

We found this old trunk with curious patterns... bugs?

It is still early spring up here, so not much growing.

Old leaves from last fall

And new life too!

Nature is beautiful!

This was the view from up top of where we climbed.

Also, the farm at "Au Diable Vert" was Highlander Cows. These guys are very hairy and shaggy... Its like Justin Bieber but as a cow!
